What materials are used in Herzog Jewelers' pieces?

We use only premium materials, including 14K and 18K solid gold, sterling silver, and ethically sourced, GIA-certified diamonds and gemstones to ensure lifelong quality.

How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Custom or engraved pieces may require an additional 7-10 days for production before shipment.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?

Yes, every Herzog piece comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or loss of the item.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-designed and engraved items are final sale.

Can I have my jewelry resized after purchase?

Absolutely. We offer one complimentary resizing for most rings within 60 days of purchase. Some eternity bands and intricate designs may not be resizable.

Are your diamonds conflict-free?

Yes, Herzog Jewelers strictly adheres to the Kimberley Process to ensure that all of our diamonds are ethically sourced and 100% conflict-free.
